Shipping policy

Please only select the PICKUP OPTION if you have discussed with us prior. You will get the correct pickup location this way! If you do not contact us, your order fulfillment will be delayed. Pickup orders are available for select NYC customers only.

 Due to COVID-19, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure your items arrive safely. USPS may have unprecedented shipment delays within their system, that is out of our control. Please be patient while we try our best to get your orders out in a timely manner.

We ship your orders after 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping is handled through USPS and we offer both First Class Mail and Priority Mail as shipping options. First Class Mail takes up to 3-5 business days to deliver to your destination; this only applies to orders that weigh less than a pound. Priority Mail takes up to 1-3 business days to deliver to your destination. This automatically applies to orders that weigh over one pound.

For international orders, we do not offer First Class shipping, as this does not come with tracking information. Instead, we use Priority Mail International shipping, and select UPS international options, which takes 5-10 business days to arrive to your destination. It includes tracking information and accommodates different order weights for a flat rate or weight-dependent rate. Additionally, we are constantly seeking to find more cost-effective and efficient ways to ship internationally.

Sales Tax : Beginning March 17, 2021, orders shipped to the following states will be charged sales tax UNLESS we have your tax exemption on file: New York. If you are tax exempt, please email your form to us at info@kenzstrandz.com. Once received, your account will be set up as "tax exempt" in our system and future orders using your email or phone number will not be taxed. While anonymous check out is available, tax exempt customers must use the same email, name and/or number to avoid paying Sales Tax on their orders.

Please be mindful that the post office is CLOSED on Sundays and holidays, which may delay your order from being shipped immediately after processing.

Regardless of any delays, we try our best to have your order sent to you in a timely fashion.
